We made some changes today...
Our friends at Gladney
would like to provide
(as they have done in the past)
a meal for the boys at Kolfe.
What they don't have
is the funds to do this.
That's where we all come in...
They will handle the purchasing of the food,
and have staff there on
Ethiopian Christmas (January 7th)
to ensure that
this all runs smoothly.
We had gotten the promise of sheep from a organization in Addis, but turning this over to Gladney, the boys will likely be eating Ox instead. Which they prefer. :o) |
I will be turning all of our donations
over to them on Friday.
(After giving donors the chance to change their donations,
and get a tax credit from Gladney instead. If you have
already donated, I will be contacting you.)
Gladney is expecting their costs
to run at $1,200.
(That's more than we had estimated,
but I have told them we will do
all we can to help them get this done.)
If you would like to make
a tax-deductible donation
to the
Kolfe Ethiopian Christmas Meal,
please follow these steps...
(It's easy, I promise!)
Step 1: Mail your donation to:

6300 John Ryan Dr.
Fort Worth, TX 76132-4122

Ethiopia Humanitarian Aid
on the envelope and

Hi Tamara! I put your name into K-Love for their Make a Difference program. I called out your shoe story and your recent pillow/blanket story.
