Unfathomable blessing...

I hadn't heard from Emnatu for almost 3 weeks.

That is unusual, and honestly, tough on my heart.

They aren't just random kids we sponsor. 

Actually, truth be told, we have sponsor kids, but our boys

 are not sponsored by us.  Emnatu already had a sponsor,

he didn't have a Mom and Dad.  Mezgebu didn't

have a sponsor, but CHC never got back to

 us on our request to sponsor him....

Emnatu emailed yesterday, 

& asked when I was coming.

It's been a month since he dared ask the question.

How cool is our God? 

Within hours I was Skyping

 with them telling them that in 10 days I

would be standing in front of them.

During the Skype, Emnatu disappeared for a bit.

Gizachew whispered, "Emnatu is reading his Bible."

I asked them to show me, and Emnatu came to the

camera with Bible in hand and said he was

reading Matthew 7:7 and then read it for me.

seek and you will find;

 knock and the door will be opened to you.

For everyone who asks receives;

he who seeks finds; and to him

who knocks, the door will be opened.

"Which of you, if his son asks for bread,

will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish,

know how to give good gifts to your children,

how much more will your Father in heaven

give good gifts to those who ask him!
